Off I go again.  A day full of travel from Shanghai to Hong Kong to Singapore.  Had my first real internet access in nearly two weeks while waiting for my flight to Singapore.  OMG.  Awesome.  Seriously, it’s like taking a nice hot shower after days of sleeping on the street – or so I imagine. Started off with lunch at a famous Xiao Long Bao place, Nan Xiang Mantou.  For those not in the know, these are little dumplings but with a juicy center.  Somehow this tasty gravy is injected into the dumpling and stays in there.  But, beware.  Bite that sucker the wrong way and you get a scalding [...]
