boston taxi drivers… how i hate thou

Seriously. Seriously? Are there any worse taxi drivers out there?
Now I can’t proclaim to have experienced all of the world’s taxi drivers, but I don’t think it’s a huge stretch to state that Boston’s are BY FAR THE WORST!!!

Day 19: crazy taxi

Taxi driver: “Why you seatbelt?”
Ketan: “Uhh… should I not wear one?”
At this point, the driver gives Ketan this… “you’ve got to be sh*ting me” look.  Quickly followed by an “omg he’s serious” look.  Then caps it off with what I’m going to call a dragon master laugh.  Goes something like this:
“Huh… huh… huh… huh… huhhh…”

Day 15: happy new year!!!

wah-lao-ehhh… last night was craaazy lor…
That’s the extent of my Singlish for now.  Clarke Quay was ridiculously busy.  So busy that we almost missed the countdown!
10:30 – Stopped by a friend’s place for a few drinks.
